Anonymous When you call the service department, they are always at lunch or with other customers and do not return your call. It seems unbelievable that they are still in business.

Purchased a $300,000 rv in August 2015 and have had it in the shop 4 times in 9 months but the problem is it takes 2-3 weeks to get items fixed. The last time I had an appt for 4/18 and got the rv out on 5/7 and the items to be repaired was a ring on the door knob, a/c motor and had the slides serviced.
