Now, let's move onto the worthless service department. Don't ever expect the service department to pick up the phone, or even return voice messages. It must be a rule not to get on the phone. They want you to make an appointment but no one picks up the phone. Purchased a $300,000 rv in August 2015 and have had it in the shop 4 times in 9 months but the problem is it takes 2-3 weeks to get items fixed. The last time I had an appt for 4/18 and got the rv out on 5/7 and the items to be repaired was a ring on the door knob, a/c motor and had the slides serviced.
